Asks to join our official New Families 2025 official Facebook groups will be available after Decision Day 2025 so, where we are able to verify your student’s from admitted to enrolled status!

Our Parent & Family Programs works with our Student Care Team about concerns regarding student safety and well-being.
The Student Care Team regularly meets and represents campus leaders from Student Life, Housing & Food Services, Undergraduate Academic Affairs, Office of Minority Affairs & Diversity, Campus & Community Safety, and the Graduate School.
Welcome Robert J. Jones to our UW Family
On Feb. 3, 2025, the University of Washington Board of Regents announced that Robert J. Jones has been selected as the 34th President of the UW. Jones is currently the chancellor of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and will begin his UW presidency Aug. 1.
