Understanding Your Housing Options: An Overview for Older Adults and Those Who Care for Them

Part of our Aging Well series

The retirement housing marketplace is complex. Join us at this online session for an overview that will get you started on your own personal exploration of the options, for yourself or someone you care for.

We’ll begin with a presentation covering the basics: levels of care, cost considerations, determining the right time to move, alternative options, and more.

Next week, in a second online session, we’ll take a deep dive into the finances of various senior housing options. In our third session, which will be in-person and open only to UWRA members, you’ll be able to ask your questions to a panel of UW retirees who have made a variety of choices about retirement living.
